Tanzania Peaberry Green Coffee Beans.

The Peaberry classification indicates that only 1 bean is found per cherry (as opposed to the typical 2). Because of this configuration the bean is allowed to grow round and full inside instead of oval-shaped with a flat side like beans that have to share.

This makes for a more even almost easier roasting.

These beans are grown on the slopes of Mt. Kilimanjaro near the Kenya border and share some of the characteristics of their Kenyan relatives.

The robust spice and tobacco flavours means that they come through at all levels of roast including (especially) darker roasts.
